Mr. Warner of our Firm is a Rule 1:40 court appointed mediator, as well as a Court appointed Arbitrator, in Somerset, Union, Morris and Middlesex Counties. He is also an Early Settlement Panelist regularly appointed by the Probate Part of both the Union and Morris County Superior Courts. Mr. Ventura has served as a Court appointed Mediator/Receiver in complex Business Litigation, as well as an Arbitrator in UM/UIM Arbitrations.
