Mr. Warner and Ms. Wolfe of our Firm are frequently appointed by the Probate Part of the Superior Court, Chancery Division, as counsel for alleged incapacitated persons, guardians, and guardians ad litem, as well as early settlement panelists for probate cases pending in Union, Somerset, and Morris County Superior Court.  Mr. Warner is also a frequent lecturer on estate litigation issues and has published articles on a multitude of probate topics.
